General Manager / CEO

Born in 1978 in Çorum, he completed his education in different cities such as Çorum, Ankara and Istanbul. He graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Kuban University in Krasnodar, Russia.
He was engaged in the export of agricultural products in Krasnodar, Stavropol, Rostov regions for 21 years in Russia. Through Russia, he exported to Iraq, Syria, Iran, Turkey and Morocco. He has been exporting petroleum and petroleum products for the last 8 years and now continues his business life as General Manager / CEO in our ATLAS FUEL OIL company. Zafer BALI is a native Turkish speaker and fluent in Russian.
